About The Position

Hair Cuttery is hiring a licensed hair stylist to provide salon services and build a loyal guest base. The role offers performance-based compensation through service and retail commissions and tips, with up to 75% commission and an eight-level career ladder. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty are described as earning an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour plus tips; the listed pay range is $15 to $88 per hour. Hair Cuttery provides walk-in guests, marketing support, training, and tools to help stylists grow their clientele, earnings, and careers. Positions are available in DE, FL, IL, IN, MD, NJ, NC, PA, VA, and WV.

Requirements

• A valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
• Skill in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
