About The Position

Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed hair stylists to provide salon services and build guest loyalty while growing their earnings through service and retail commissions and tips. Stylists can start serving walk-in guests immediately, with marketing support to help drive salon traffic. Compensation is performance-based and meets wage law requirements. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty are reported to earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; the posting also lists a range of $15.49 to $88 per hour.

The role offers an eight-level career ladder, 12 price levels, flexible scheduling, and free advanced education, including training with Redken and industry partners. Hair Cuttery Family of Brands has more than 500 salons and operates in DE, FL, IL, IN, MD, NJ, NC, PA, VA, and WV.

Requirements

• A valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
• Skills in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
