Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
- Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday work for peak earning potential

Responsibilities
- Perform services such as cuts, fades, and color.
- Conduct consultations with guests.
- Drive guest traffic through social, local, and in-salon promotions.
- Build and maintain guest loyalty.
- Grow earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.
