Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred) but no experienced is accepted. We will train you.
Responsibilities
- Dial exclusive and date leads
- Take live transfers from our telemarketers
- Develop insurance quotes and close sales for auto, home, and other personal lines from provided leads and referrals
- Provide expert advice to customers to ensure they have the right coverage.
- Foster strong relationships to maintain high client retention.
