About The Position

Join our locally owned Allstate Insurance Agency as a Licensed Insurance Producer and unleash your potential in a role that blends sales prowess with top-notch customer service. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging customers and new prospects by building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to provide trusted advice, increasing the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance.

Requirements

Great work ethic and strong interest in a sales career (no insurance experience required)
Exceptional communication skills in reading, writing and listening
Confidence and charisma, leaving a lasting impression
Quick thinking and sharp problem-solving skills
Strong task management skills for meeting targets
Resilience and customer-centric objection handling
Willing to acquire required insurance licenses upon hire (existing license a plus!)

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year in a commission-based sales role
Previous retail or customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
