With extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure, and amazing products and services, you will be set up for success. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. This is a base + commission position with a generous commission structure. Potential to reach 95k+. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Prior Sales Experience, minimum 1-year prior sales experience is preferred.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
