About The Position

Michael & Son Services is hiring experienced Licensed Residential Service Electricians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and install electrical components. Electricians provide professional, courteous, solution-focused service to homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and complete paperless work orders on a company-provided tablet. The role offers year-round work, dispatch from home, a take-home company truck, and uncapped earning potential of up to $120K+ annually. Qualified Journeyman and Master Electricians may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The company describes opportunities for ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of residential electrical service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license; qualified Journeyman and Master Electricians may be eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
