About The Position
Michael & Son Services is hiring experienced Licensed Residential Service Electricians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems. The role includes installing panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, generators, and other electrical components, while providing homeowners with professional, courteous, and solution-focused service. Electricians present honest repair and replacement options and complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet. The company offers year-round work, dispatch from home, a take-home company truck, ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Qualified Journeyman and Master Electricians may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The posting states earnings can reach $120K+ annually with uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of residential electrical service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
