Requirements
- Possess a valid license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology.
- Be able to perform essential job functions.
- Pass a background investigation.
- Pass a medical examination and a drug screening.
- Submit and approve satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assess individuals through medical and social case record reviews, interviews, and observations
- Select, administer, and interpret psychological tests to diagnose needs and guide treatment
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans
- Use various psychological techniques to support therapy and behavior modification to treat disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss progress and coordinate care
- Prepare reports and maintain treatment records consistent with clinical standards
