Licensed Psychologist - Clinical Leadership Track

Psych Associates•Springfield, MO
•Onsite

About The Position

Psych Associates is an established private-pay psychology and behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in the Springfield area. The practice provides psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and consultation in a professional, collaborative setting. The licensed psychologist will initially build a strong caseload based on their interests and areas of competence. Services may include psychotherapy, psychological assessment, consultation, or a combination. The position combines meaningful clinical work with the opportunity to develop toward a larger role in the clinical leadership of an established private practice. Over time, the psychologist may take on increasing responsibility for clinical consultation, quality of care, specialty-service development, clinician mentorship, assessment services, hiring and onboarding, and the broader clinical direction of the practice. This is not an administrative-only position. This is a full-time W-2 position with production-based compensation. Compensation depends on the psychologist’s clinical mix, volume, and services provided; assessment and other specialty services may offer additional earning opportunities. Additional leadership compensation may be developed as leadership responsibilities grow. Psych Associates is a private-pay practice, so psychologists are not required to bill insurance panels.
