About The Position

SonderMind is seeking Licensed Psychiatrists in Utah to focus purely on clinical care while the company handles business operations. This model offers the clinical freedom of private practice without the financial risk and administrative complexity. Psychiatrists will benefit from guaranteed bi-weekly pay, credentialing and billing handled by SonderMind, and qualified patient referrals. The role allows for complete flexibility in practice setting (office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid) and schedule, with zero overhead costs related to staff or office space. SonderMind provides clinical support, including weekly office hours with the Medical Director and peer consultation opportunities, while maintaining the psychiatrist's complete clinical autonomy.

Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatrists residing in the state of Utah
• Looking for a full-time or part-time contract position (1099)

Responsibilities

• Focus purely on clinical care.
• Provide patient referrals through the provider directory and marketing efforts.
• Maintain complete clinical autonomy.
• Manage patient acquisition, scheduling assistance, secure telehealth platforms, and operational support.
