This opportunity allows psychiatrists to focus purely on clinical care while SonderMind handles business-related aspects such as overhead costs, staff, business development, credentialing, billing, and patient referrals. The role offers clinical freedom with guaranteed bi-weekly pay, competitive compensation, and complete flexibility in practice setting (office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid) and scheduling. Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatrists residing in the state of New Hampshire
• Looking for a full-time or part-time contract position (1099)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients.
• Maintain complete clinical autonomy.
• Secure own location for in-person sessions if applicable.
