About The Position
Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Texas to provide evidence-based psychiatric care via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W2 employee role offering stability, full operational support, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California
- Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
- 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
- Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
- A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Diagnose and treat patients across a range of mental health conditions
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote environment
