About The Position
Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in New Jersey to provide evidence-based psychiatric care via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W2 employee role offering stability, full operational support, and comprehensive benefits. We are prioritizing candidates who also have either an active PA or NY license, in addition to NJ. The role involves providing high-quality psychiatric care from a private, secure location using Array’s HIPAA-compliant technology, with no commute or overhead. Array covers the cost and administrative support for gaining licensure in additional high-demand states. This is a W2 employment position with guaranteed pay, supporting clinicians in building and maintaining a steady caseload, prioritizing continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes. Clinicians working 30+ hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California
- Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
- 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
- Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
- A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care

Responsibilities
