About The Position
Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in California to provide evidence-based psychiatric care via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W2 employee role offering stability, full operational support, and comprehensive benefits. Array provides licensure support for additional states and guarantees pay with W2 employment, actively supporting clinicians in building and maintaining a steady caseload. Requirements
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California
- Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
- 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
- Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
- A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Diagnose and treat patients across a range of mental health conditions
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote environment
