About The Position
Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an active Washington State license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This part-time role (24 hours/week) involves providing remote services to patients accessing care from a community health center, serving a patient population across the lifespan.
Requirements
- PMHNP certification
- Clinicians must have active state license
- 1-3 years of experience since obtaining license
- Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
- Strong communication skills

- Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
- Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
- Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
- Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
- Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR
- Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
- Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
- Maintain all required certifications and licenses
