About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for its Richmond, Texas office. The role is part of a clinical team delivering high-quality outpatient behavioral healthcare in a group practice setting. Care is provided in person at clinics and through telemedicine. This is a hybrid role. The position offers a productivity-based compensation model, with a stated compensation range of $75,000–$100,000+, along with a sign-on bonus and an annual cash bonus incentive plan. Counselors receive administrative support and work in modern offices in a collegial environment, with an emphasis on professional growth and work-life balance. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults. Requirements
- Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated at this time.
