Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Remote
About The Position
Brave Health is hiring full-time licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care, including services for Medicaid and Medicare members, and serves patients across the lifespan. Team members work remotely from home and must have a private workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Available shift options are 9 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–7 p.m., or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus, with additional compensation available for bilingual candidates who speak Spanish. Requirements
- Master’s-level degree and licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses cannot be supported.
- A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
- Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates who speak Spanish.
