About The Position

This full-time remote position is open to a clinician licensed in Oregon. The clinician provides counseling through virtual sessions for concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, major life changes, and other issues affecting clients’ well-being. The role involves managing scheduled appointments, organizing case information, and using clinical judgment when clients’ needs change or additional support may be appropriate.

Requirements

• Hold an active Oregon license in an accepted credential: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work.
• Comfort providing services in a telehealth or remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling through secure video sessions.
• Review client history and current concerns at the beginning of care.
• Help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges.
• Decide how to approach each case based on the client’s needs and circumstances.
• Maintain clear and current clinical documentation.
• Recognize when a referral or another level of care may be appropriate.
• Respond appropriately to changes in risk or client condition.
• Protect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Follow Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements.
