About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The role supports the organization’s mission to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including for Medicaid and Medicare members. Patients are served across the lifespan. Team members work remotely from their own homes.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa-based work authorization cannot be supported.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and use comprehensive assessments.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred; additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates who speak Spanish.
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
