About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for STRIDE Community Health Center in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves providing outpatient behavioral health services within an integrated primary care setting, completing psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and individual counseling. The LPC will deliver compassionate behavioral healthcare to a diverse and underserved patient population, collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and interdisciplinary care teams, and practice in a mission-driven community health center with established clinical workflows and administrative support.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License REQUIRED
• Bilingual Language Skills REQUIRED
• Strong Psychosocial Assessment and Treatment Planning Skills
• Passion for Serving Diverse and Underserved Populations
• Excellent Communication and Interdisciplinary Teamwork Skills
