About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one, high-acuity pediatric care in a client’s home. The client requires complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for this case and pay of $31 to $35 per hour. Training is provided to help nurses prepare for the home-care environment and build confidence with their skills.

Open shifts include Monday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; Tuesday 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; Friday 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; Saturday 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; and Sunday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. BAYADA offers one-on-one care, flexible self-scheduling through a mobile app, electronic documentation, cases near home, and around-the-clock clinical support. LPN schedules may be PRN, part-time, or full-time, with eight-hour shifts on first or third shift.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited or approved school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator experience is required for this client case.
