About The Position
Acts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in its skilled nursing neighborhood. The LPN provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents, participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates resident care according to care plans.
Requirements
- Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed medical treatment to residents in skilled nursing.
- Provide personal care services to residents.
