About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care assignment in a skilled nursing facility environment. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate nursing care and support residents while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Colorado or compact state required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong clinical and communication skills required
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment required
Nice To Haves
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents according to care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records
- Support infection control and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
