About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a part-time LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 9-year-old child in a supportive home setting in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. The role is scheduled for three days per week, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; weekend availability is also noted, with a five-hour-per-day schedule mentioned. The nurse will provide personalized, family-centered care and communicate with the care team and family.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Caring, independent, and passionate about pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform G-tube care and feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
