About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 9-year-old child in a supportive home setting in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. The role is scheduled for three days per week, with a listed day-shift schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and weekends available; the posting also mentions five hours per day. The nurse will provide personalized, family-centered care and work with the child’s family and care team.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring attitude, independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
