About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing for a 13-year-old child in a supportive home setting in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The posting describes the role as both part-time in its title and full-time in its introductory details.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Monitor glucose using Dexcom.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
