About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s South Jersey office is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Skilled Nursing team to provide pediatric or adult care in clients’ homes throughout Cumberland, Salem, and Gloucester counties. Nurses provide one-to-one client care and travel to one client home for a scheduled shift. BAYADA offers paid training in the office, in the home, and online, access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, around-the-clock clinical support by phone, and electronic charting using Statewise. Scheduling is flexible, with at least one ongoing shift per week required. Available shifts may be in the morning, evening, or overnight, and may be 8, 10, or 12 hours. The position may be PRN, part-time, or full-time. Pay is $28–$38 per hour based on experience and skills. Benefits depend on employment type.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home for a scheduled shift.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
