Per Diem LPN (Crosslands)
About The Position
Per diem Licensed Practical Nurse position serving the Crosslands community. LPNs provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes residents’ rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. The role includes developing relationships with residents and families and assessing, observing, and evaluating residents’ clinical conditions, updating care plans as needed. A passion for people and strong advocacy for older adults support high-quality outcomes and a home that promotes quality of life and treats each person as a valued individual. Staff have the opportunity to care for residents over a long period and build lasting relationships. Crosslands is located near West Chester, Pennsylvania, Wilmington, Delaware, and Maryland, on 500 acres of hills, meadows, and gardens, adjacent to Longwood Gardens.
