About The Position
Centurion is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients at Turney Center – Annex in Clifton, Tennessee. The LPN works within the appropriate scope of practice and under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical staff, and psychiatric staff to respond to patients’ physical and mental health needs. The base rate is $31 per hour.
Requirements
- Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one.
- Active and appropriate Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
- Respond to patients’ physical and mental health needs under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical staff, and psychiatric staff.
