LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
Careage is hiring a full-time, day-shift Licensed Practical Nurse for Patriots Landing, an assisted living and senior living community. The LPN provides compassionate nursing care and health services to residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role addresses residents’ medical conditions and clinical needs, as well as other healthcare-related incidents that may arise in the community. Patriots Landing offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite care. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Washington State LPN license.
- Graduation from a state-approved Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia and mental health training is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living.
- Prepare and administer medications according to policy.
- Order and receive pharmacy deliveries.
- Document resident progress notes, treatments, and changes in health status.
- Assist residents with personal care and physical support as needed.
- Address residents’ medical conditions, clinical needs, and healthcare-related incidents in the community.
