About The Position
Work as a Licensed Practical Nurse in an assisted living facility, providing nursing care to residents. The posting describes assisted living as a generally slower-paced and less stressful environment than a hospital because residents are often stable and require less critical or emergency care. Work is as needed according to your schedule. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role is per diem. Requirements
- NYS LPN license
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent clinical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment, including Outlook, Word, printing, and scanning applications
Nice To Haves
- CHHA experience preferred
- Home care experience is a plus
