About The Position

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care by performing clinical assessments and therapeutic services that directly contribute to the healing and well-being of every patient. Manage medication safety by accurately administering treatments and vigilantly monitoring patient responses to ensure the highest standards of clinical outcomes. Empower patients and families through personalized education, providing them with the knowledge and resources they need for a confident transition to self-care and long-term health. Collaborate with the care team under the guidance of RNs and physicians to execute precise laboratory tests and treatment plans, ensuring no detail of the patient journey is overlooked.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program permit (GVN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of LVN experience with specialized proficiency in cardiac and vascular care.
  • Proven ability to remain flexible and adjust seamlessly to evolving clinical environments and shifting patient needs.
