About The Position

White Oak Manor York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its weekend team in York, South Carolina. The nurse will assess resident needs, support implementation of care plans, and provide compassionate clinical care. The position also leads and mentors Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while helping the team provide consistent, person-centered care. The schedule is part-time, every other weekend, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The posting also lists the job shift as a 12-hour day shift.

Requirements

• Hold a current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Meet Primary State of Residence (PSOR) and Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements and maintain an active nursing license in the Primary State of Residence.
• If the Primary State of Residence is South Carolina, hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address.
• If residing outside South Carolina, maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements.
• Have a compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
