About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide reliable, high-quality, and compassionate home care to children and adults in Centralia, Illinois. Nurses provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. The posting describes a Wednesday 10 p.m.–8 a.m. schedule, two days per week, and also mentions flexible day-shift hours.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
