About The Position

Trinity Place is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care to residents in a senior living community. Under the supervision of residents’ attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services, the LPN administers and documents medications and treatments, monitors residents’ conditions, and carries out nursing procedures. The role also includes supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment. The position is for the second shift, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program or college.
• Current LPN license in North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately.
• Maintain the security of drug rooms and ensure proper medication storage.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments.
• Supervise the nursing team and foster a supportive environment.
• Assist with repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
