About The Position
The Center at CenterPlace, a short-term rehabilitation facility in Greeley, Colorado, is seeking a team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. The facility has 54 private suites and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, with care delivered in a hotel-like setting. This is a full-time night-shift position paid hourly at $36–$42.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license.
Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Evaluate patients routinely and when their condition changes.
- Communicate changes in condition, test results, and other relevant information in accordance with company policy.
- Educate patients as necessary.
- Ensure the patient care plan is implemented.
- Supervise and coordinate CNAs.
