About The Position

North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time day and evening shifts and part-time night shifts. LPNs build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves medication management, resident assessments and documentation, and collaboration with facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. Nurses are expected to help foster a supportive atmosphere, promote teamwork, communicate respectfully, and demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
