LPN – Private Duty | Jeffersonville
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled, one-to-one private duty nursing care in clients’ homes in Jeffersonville and surrounding communities. Nurses care for one client at a time, serving clients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics—with a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels. The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts and daytime and overnight schedules. PRN requires a minimum of four shifts per month. There is no required weekend commitment. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, paid onboarding and training, simulation labs, electronic charting through Statewise, and career development opportunities. Full-time employees are eligible for the listed benefits.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, personalized one-to-one nursing care to a client in the client’s home.
- Tailor care to the individual needs of clients with varying clinical needs and acuity levels.
