About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled one-on-one care to adult and/or pediatric clients throughout Cumberland and Cape May counties in New Jersey. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours, hands-on care with one client, and the opportunity to build client relationships and observe milestones. Clients range in age from infants to geriatric adults. Nurses travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule they choose.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
