Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN | Acute Dialysis
About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Acute Renal Dialysis. The role is part of a team providing quality care to patients with acute and chronic dialysis needs. The nurse cares for patients with kidney disease or injury by providing renal dialysis and apheresis. The position is 0.75 FTE, or 60 hours every two weeks, with 12-hour shifts scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule includes every third weekend, with Friday and Saturday shifts worked in-house. The stated wage range is $24.09–$34.72 per hour, based on years of experience.
Requirements
- Post-high-school education in a specialized field, with course requirements qualifying the candidate to take the LPN boards.
- LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
