About The Position
Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living community in Arden Hills, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care and services for residents and tenants. The community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Under the direction of the Director of Health Services, the LPN supports quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards and individual care plans. The role is full-time on the AM shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., including every other weekend. The listed wage is $27.00–$32.50, based on experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
- Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Advanced computer skills, including email use.

- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Ensure proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments, and assume accountability for it.
- Support the Director of Health Services with the written staffing plan and nursing schedule to reflect the needs of residents and tenants.
- Coordinate and evaluate nursing care and services in accordance with individual care plans, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
