About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. This role involves providing one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Nice To Haves

• Experience caring for clients from infant to geriatric
• Experience with adult & pediatric simulation labs
• Experience with all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Travel to one client’s home near you
