About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. This role involves providing one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. BAYADA emphasizes supporting and valuing their nurses, believing that exceptional care starts with caring for their staff first. Nurses will provide skilled nursing care, monitor client conditions, and document care using electronic charting.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
- Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders.
- Monitor and assess client conditions.
- Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).
