About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. The role involves providing one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
- Monitor and assess client conditions
- Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
