About The Position
Comprehensive Home Health Solutions (CHHS) is a locally owned, clinician-led home health agency serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing clinical team. Requirements
- Current Nevada LPN License.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of an RN.
- Complete patient assessments and document visits accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
