About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 3-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Leechburg, Pennsylvania. The position is full-time on a day shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The nurse will deliver personalized, family-centered care and work closely with the child’s family and care team. Community Care is a family-owned home health agency that has served local communities since 1987. Its stated mission is to serve with compassion, support caregivers, and treat everyone like family.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide G-tube care and feedings.
- Monitor seizures and vital signs.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
