About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a passion for home care. The role provides compassionate, high-quality, reliable care to clients in their homes, with one-to-one client assignments. Nurses receive paid virtual and hands-on orientation, as well as as many precepting shifts as needed before working independently. The position serves clients of all ages and with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels. Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend schedules are available, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time hours are offered, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
