About The Position
A hospital located North of Pine Bluff, Arkansas is looking for a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team for a 13-week contract with the potential to extend. The role involves checking vital signs, recording medical histories, reporting changes to supervising RNs or doctors, and providing direct bedside medical care and daily support to ill, injured, or recovering patients.
Requirements
- An active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- BLS certification is required
Responsibilities
- Check vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Record medical histories
- Report any changes to supervising RNs or doctors
- Provides essential direct bedside medical care and daily support to ill, injured, or recovering patients
