Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in a psychiatric care setting under supervision as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor patient status, identify clinical changes, and communicate updates to the care team
- Implement de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
